Just like the X-Men, the Fantastic Four did not belong to Marvel until 2019, when the powerful company commanded by Kevin Feige bought Fox and with it the rights to the characters, so we are months, perhaps years away from that we have new movies of these groups of superheroes.
About the Fantastic Four we do have a little more clarity, since in December 2020 Feige made official the arrival of this family of superheroes and their incorporation into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (UCM), possibly for phases 4 or 5. The new version will be carried out by Jon Watts, to whom we owe the recent success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, and will possibly hit theaters in 2023.
This would be the third time that we have a version of these comic book characters created by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee in 1961. Little is known about the new version of the Fantastic Four from Marvel Studios and Disney, but some insiders like MyTimeToShineHello reported this week that they have already started looking for the protagonists of this film.

And it was then that a leak went viral in which they reveal the characters that Jon Watts would have in his sights to star in it. These are John Krasinski, Kristen Bell, Chase Stokes and Seth Rogen who would possibly give life to Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm.
This is just a leak, so it should not be considered official information until Marvel confirms or denies it.
