Last month, American Airlines passenger Tiffany Gomas had a breakdown over an “unreal” passenger who was supposedly on the plane. The incident was recorded on video in July, and since then it has gone across social media platforms. Due to this, the 38-year-old woman has urged people not to judge her.

During the event on the American Airlines flight, the woman can be seen telling everyone that she was getting off the plane, because “that motherfuck*r back there is not real.” Moreover, additional footage was released where Gomas can be seen discussing with a flight attendant. While breaking down as the flight tried to depart, she stated:

“You can believe it or not. I’m telling you, I’m messing up and there’s a reason I’m messing up, and everyone can believe it or not believe it. I don’t give a damn, but I’m telling you right now: that son of a b***h in the back is NOT real. And you can sit on this plane and you can die with them or not.”

Following this, the flight was delayed by approximately three hours. It was routed from Dallas to Orlando, and passengers had to get off the plane to eventually get back on board later on. According to the Daily Mail, the woman was later found sitting on a curb outside the terminal waiting for an Uber.

Regarding her virality in platforms, Gomes stated that her life has “blown up” and that everything changed for her. The woman stated that “No one knows anyone else’s story, and no one should judge. No one knows what it’s like.” She also affirmed she is consulting a lawyer, in spite of her inaccurate story about the non-real man on the plane.
