United Airlines announces a massive flights expansion Flights from US to Asia

United Airlines has officially announced an additional flight expansion across the Pacific, which is going to begin in the fall all throughout the Asian continent, The Chicago-based company will launch two new routes, reinstate one more, and enhance the frequencies of another.

It looks like United’s most frequent announcements are expansions. Only a few months ago, the air company announced the largest expansion in the history of the South Pacific. As of Today, United has announced another expansion to Asia, set to take place this fall.

The airline will be the only American one to connect its continent with Manila, San Francisco, which is going to be the main gateway to Asia. In addition, this winter United’s transpacific network will be 50% larger than that of American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, with the largest ever South Pacific flight program.

Finally, as part of the Asian flight expansion, the second route from Los Angeles to Hong Kong will be launched. The airline already has flights from Hong Kong to San Francisco, but it is going to have a second hub at Los Angeles International Airport. This route will begin its service on October 28. About the good news, United’s senior vice president, Patrick Quayle, said:

“United offers more flights to more destinations in the Pacific than all other U.S. airlines combined. United is the U.S. flag carrier and we’re excited to bring this new service to Manila while expanding access to Hong Kong, Taipei, and Tokyo.”
