Alex Murdaugh, who is currently serving two life sentences for murdering his wife and younger son in 2021, had some content leaked from the South Carolina Correctional Institution tablet. Most pictures that are now seeing the light of day show the criminal’s topless chest, yawning expressions, and strange faces while laying in bed and wearing his glasses. The content has already been deemed as “cringe” across social platforms and has prompted some users to question the reasons why convicts are given tablets in jail.

Murdaugh was sentenced for killing his 52-year-old wife Maggie and his 22-year-old son Paul in 2021. He is currently serving his sentence but seemed to be having some fun times behind bars. The man can be seen in dozens of pictures taken from the South Carolina correctional tablet. In the images, he shows a white T-shirt and displays his naked chest and torso. Reportedly, the images were taken from the South Carolina Department of Corrections in a Freedom of Information request by a YouTube channel.

The YouTuber who obtained the content has already shown the pictures in a  video for his channel. The content creator in question, Jump Suit Pablo, revealed to thousands of his subscribers the leaked selfies and said “Alex Murdaugh’s Only Fans premiere,” as a joke and later added “I’m only kidding. But we have some leaked selfies. I’m sure he didn’t want these bad boys getting out.” Jump Suit Pablo was able to obtain the images as things such as phone calls, video calls, and pictures done and taken by inmates are public in the United States
