The ex-husband of Britney Spears, Jason Alexander, was convicted of burglary and assault, among other charges, after sneaking into the mansion where the singer celebrated her wedding with Sam Asghari in June, to try to talk to her, or at least that was what he told screams as he toured the property doing an Instagram live.
Earlier this month he pleaded not guilty to all of them in a preview, but he only returned to Ventura County court to hear his sentence of 128 days in jail, however, he will not be forced to spend time in prison because the 64 days he spent in jail since his arrest were counted as time served.
Jason was also issued a restraining order against him that does not allow him to get closer than 100 meters from Britney, which managed to extend its validity until June 2025.

The judge in charge of the case has determined that he poses a threat to the singer in view of the effort with which she tried to sneak into the event. One of the guards assured in her testimony that Jason Alexander reached Britney’s bedroom door and broke the handle trying to get to her.
In addition to breaking into the home of the pop diva, the accused starred in a series of struggles with the security agents who protect the farm and refused to leave the property despite being warned on numerous occasions about the consequences.
