The idea of developing a Zatanna movie is an old one, but it seems that it is only now being developed. Another of the names cited to play the character is that of Victoria Pedretti. With a script written by Emerald Fennell, the Zatanna feature film does not yet have a release date.
If Dua Lipa is confirmed, she is expected to appear on other occasions as the superheroine, as she is part of the Justice League Dark; a team that should also be adapted for the big screen soon. For now, neither Warner, nor Dua herself have commented on the rumor.
It should be recalled that Dua Lipa is in the cast of the still unreleased “Argylle“, a spy thriller that also features Henry Cavill, Sam Rockwell, Bryce Dallas Howard, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, John Cena and Samuel L. Jackson.
