On Friday, May 27th, returned to Netflix one of the fiction series that the public has been waiting for the most, ‘Stranger Things‘. With the first part of the fourth season, many have been the fans who have quickly devoured its seven episodes and are now wondering when the second part will be available.
The platform has changed its strategy with the popular series. The previous three seasons premiered with all of their episodes at once, making the fourth season the first to be split into two parts. Being released in different months, the first volume will be eligible for an award at the 73rd edition of the Emmy Awards.

That gives a clue as to when the second part of the Duffer series will arrive, which will hit the platform on July 1st, in the middle of summer and within the 2022-2023 television season, which means that the remaining episodes will be able to qualify for next year’s Emmys.
Beyond being a usual strategy, this has benefited it in terms of fiction conversation. With most fans willing to see the season quickly, waiting for the arrival of the remaining two episodes will make ‘Stranger Things’ also one of the television events of the summer season.
On the other hand, the premiere of part 2 will be one more step towards the outcome of the series created by the Duffer brothers, whose fifth season will be the last.
