Moss has been the first witness to speak on the twelfth day of statements in the court of Fairfax, Virginia, United States. She has done it to be questioned about the alleged incident in which, according to Heard, the interpreter of “Pirates of the Caribbean” would have thrown her down the stairs.

The model she has only responded to the questions of Depp’s legal team, since Heard’s representatives have not wanted to question her. Her statement, unlike the others, lasted less than five minutes, and her answers were clear and concise.
