Beauty pageants have been around for decades, where women of all ethnicities have been proclaimed as the beauty queens. In each country, there is an exponent who is remembered by all thanks to her participation, however, a former Miss Universe is remembered because she does not age in time.

She was crowned Miss Universe in 1965, and since then she has been very responsible with her body. As she explains, her good diet and daily exercise have kept her about the same over the years.

That is the story of Apasra Hongsakula, a woman who participated in the beauty contest at the age of 18, she won her precious crown and 50 years after her, she continues to retain that youth with which everyone remembers her.

Currently, the Thai woman is 75 years old but she looks as if she were 35 years old, or at least that is how our eyes perceive her when we see her social networks, where she currently shares postcards of her and surprises her followers every day.

In an image of her that she shared in 2014, the former Miss Universe explained that the reason for her young appearance is because she has maintained a healthy life based on good nutrition and daily exercise.
