On the 20th anniversary of the premiere of “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone“, the first film in the “Harry Potter” saga, the cast will meet in an HBO Max special, the announcement was made this Tuesday, November 16th.
Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint teamed up for this special, “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: ​​Return to Hogwarts” which will premiere on New Years Day, January 1, 2022. And they alerted fans with the launch of a teaser that brings the full list of confirmed actors, the clip also included images from the films in the franchise.
The leads will meet up with filmmaker Chris Columbus and other cast members from all eight fanch movies for the HBO Max anniversary special. In an attached press release, the streaming service said that special features include “in-depth interviews and all-new cast conversations”

On the same Tuesday, Watson shared a photo on Instagram that showed her posing with Radcliffe and Glint as children accompanied by a lengthy text, where she talked about how much the “Harry Potter” movies have meant to her.
“Harry Potter was my home, my family, my world and Hermione (still is) my favorite fictional character of all time.
